I've known Chasey for many years and know what a careful and meticulous craftsperson she is. When she receives the 'sick' bears she takes a very real interest in them. You might say she develops a relationship with each one.

Every bear gets special attention and they all leave Chasey's bear hospital happy and well!

First off, let me say that every teddy bear is special, especially your teddy bear, from the most humble to the most exalted of name brands. If your teddy was the one that comforted you as a toddler and he is now a bit ragged around the edges, so what? That teddy is the best teddy in the world.

So now we come to this little guy. He is a Steiff, the royalty of teddy bears, but more than that, he is a loved teddy. He can't help it that he was born into royalty!

This mohair bear, despite his pedigree, received the same loving spa makeover that the most humble of teddy bears receive here at Chasey's stuffed toy spa. Note the facial and paw treatment. Talk about nose jobs! This fellows' face looks new!

This isn't really a repair. It's a Custom memory bear made from a flannel shirt. This custom teddy bear is truly amazing because it had to be perfectly sewn together. This bear has no fur to cover up any mistakes or sloppiness in sewing. Not a stitch can be seen. How does Chasey do it? Very carefully! - S. C. Beam
